October news:

Two new titles are just out: #3 in our Editor's Series, the long-awaited tandem volume containing JeFF Stumpo's The Icarus Sketches and Crystal Boson's The Icarus Series, was released on September 29, and pre-orders are being filled this weekend. We're so excited about the Z-fold spine, which allows the reader to view both covers simultaneously as a single image. And Boyer Rickel's gorgeous reliquary was released on October 1 as #4 in our Editor's Series. Images will be loaded soon . . . Click here to view the newest offering, Waging Peace, from Voices Education Project, which includes three poems by Christina Pacosz . . . Christina's creative nonfiction, "What Happened in August," is in the Autumnal Equinox issue of Canary . . . The reading period is now open for the 2010 ReBound Series--full details are posted here . . . On Friday, October 16, Boyer Rickel will join poets Alison Deming and Pam Uschuk for a 7 PM reading at Antigone Books in Tucson, Arizona. Antigone will have copies of reliquary available for sale; read more here . . . On Sunday, October 18, Christina Pacosz will read at The Writers Place in Kansas City; the reading starts at 7 PM . . . Katie Bode-Lang's chapbook, Spring Melt, has just sold out! Copies of the second printing will be available on or before November 10 . . . Katie is giving a reading on November 4; full details will post in our November notes . . . Our next title, Inland Sea by Erin Bertram, is currently in galleys and is set to come out in November--watch for an update soon . . .

JeFF will be giving a reading from The Icarus Sketches / The Icarus Series and offering a master class in turning myths and fairy tales into contemporary poems at the University of New England on November 18. Location and time TBA.
